Magnolia brings bright option to townhome living
Friday, September 18, 2020
Natural light adds energy and visual interest to a room, making it more likely to attract people for longer stretches of time. In gathering spaces, such as the great room, this is especially valuable.
Trico Homes embraces this concept in its Magnolia Corner model. This two-storey 1,411-square-foot townhome is presented as a show home in the scenic Cochrane community of Precedence in Riversong. How do our actions impact clients?” says Brown. “It keeps us on an endgame that’s community first and then profit second.
“People often believe that those are very distinct things,” he adds. “At Trico we believe that one leads to the other. If you do focus on the community, that will allow you to be successful.”

While the size of a home is important, how space is distributed matters even more.
It should be designed with the most square footage earmarked for areas of the home that make a difference in the comfort and convenience of the people who live there. This is a strength of the Fairmont by Trico Homes, which is presented as a show home in the new Cochrane community of Rivercrest.
