Trico Homes introduces Parallel Bloc in Crestmont West

Trico Homes has launched a new multi-family project in Calgary’s desirable Crestmont West community.

It’s a unique three-storey townhome development, dubbed Parallel Block, offering the best of nature and urban living on the western edge of the city, says Trico vice-president of marketing Wanda Palmer.

Tucked into the slope west of Winsport Canada Olympic Park, the first phase of Parallel Bloc in the Qualico community features four floor plans with basements and double attached garages. Each row of townhomes is built on either a level entry or walkout lot. The Summit model has a basement entry while the front doors to the Retreat, Haven and Latitude floor plans open into the great room.
