Full Commissions On All Sales
Trico Homes ensures that realtors receive fair compensation for their efforts. We offer a commission of 3.5% on the first $100,000 of the selling price and 1.5% on the remainder, before GST and excluding any extras
Simple Registration Process
To ensure seamless cooperation, realtors are required to accompany their clients to our showhome and register them during their initial visit. This registration must be completed in person and is essential for commission eligibility.
Client-Centric Approach
Regardless of the community or home size, Trico Homes guarantees that realtors will receive the full benefits of our partnership. We recognize the significance of a new home purchase and are committed to supporting both realtors and clients throughout the process.
Timely Commission Delivery
Commission payments are processed promptly to ensure that realtors receive their compensation in a timely manner. For pre-construction sales, we disburse 50% of the commission when the sale goes firm, with the remaining 50% issued at closing. For quick possession sales, realtors receive 100% of the commission upon closing. Our streamlined payment process reflects our commitment to supporting our realtor partners throughout the transaction process.
