Conditions:

Each referral is registered as the procuring cause of interest in a Trico Home and is therefore void if a purchase is realtor assisted.
The completed Referral Registration card must be submitted at time of purchase.
Homes which are already under a purchase agreement are not eligible to be registered for a referral.
Referrals are required to be introduced by the referring Trico Homeowner and the registration of a referral must result in an unconditional sale and possession of a new Trico Home.
Referral customer rewards cannot be changed, have no cash value and is non-transferrable.
The cash reward will be paid within 30 days of the referred customer taking possession of their new Trico Home.

Q. What is the Trico Referral Program?

The Trico Referral Program is our way of saying thank you for recommending us to the people in your life. If you refer a friend, family member, or colleague and they go on to purchase a Trico home, you’ll receive a cash reward as a thank-you.

Q. How do I refer someone to Trico?

Referring someone is straightforward. All you need to do is complete a Trico Referral Card and submit it to our Area Sales Manager when you introduce your referral to Trico. From there, our team will take care of the rest and support your referral through their homebuying journey.

Q. When do I receive my referral reward?

You’ll receive your reward once your referral has completed their purchase and reached a firm sale on their new Trico home.

This ensures the referral has successfully moved forward in their homebuying journey before the reward is issued.

Q. Who can I refer through the program?

You can refer friends, family members, or colleagues—anyone who’s thinking about buying a new home.

If they’re considering Trico, we’d love the opportunity to support them, just like we supported you.

Q. Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

You’re welcome to refer more than one person. If you’ve had a great experience with Trico, we’re always happy to extend that same experience to others—and recognize your referrals along the way.
