Trico Homes Celebrates Start of Construction at Ground-Breaking Ceremony “Building Hope Together”

On behalf of Trico Homes, Michael Brown, President & CEO, was invited to the ground-breaking ceremony for Erlton House, a housing community created by the Calgary Dream Centre for women and mothers with children. Trico Homes was proud to contribute $1 million to this initiative, along with other government leaders, philanthropic partners, and community supporters.

Erlton House will feature 56 purpose-designed apartments, including one, two, and three bedroom suites accommodating over 100 residents, an on-site daycare facility, child-centred play spaces, comprehensive support services, plus parking & community amenity areas.

With the housing and affordability crisis escalating, this serves as a critical moment for the vulnerable women and children in Calgary.
