Location, service and design all fall in line at Wentworth Pointe Townhomes

It was a change in life circumstances that sent Raelee Dielwart off to find a new roof over her head. And with precise ideas of what and where she wanted said roof, it didn’t take long to find.

With two young children, she wanted three bedrooms and a play area plus a modern floor plan and little to no maintenance… it had to be move-in ready and located on the west side of Calgary close to her parents in Springbank, where she was raised.

Dielwart’s answer was Wentworth Pointe Townhomes by Trico Homes on 85th Street S.W.
