Sneak peek at Dawson’s Landing gives early birds first choices in new community

House hunters will have the chance to get to know a new Chestermere community and the home options it provides before its grand opening later this year.

An open house sales event for Dawson’s Landing will be held at the Lakeside Golf Club from 5 to 8 p.m. on Jan. 22. The community, which will build out to 1,305 homes, is master-planned by Qualico Communities, the same developer behind Calgary communities such as Crestmont, Redstone and Evanston.

Builders in Dawson’s Landing include [Trico Homes]… they will have floor plans and pricing available at the open house and offer the ability to put a hold on or purchase a home, as well.
