Trico makes the maiden list of Best Workplaces™ for Giving Back

After being named one of Canada’s Best Workplaces™ for Women earlier this year, we are delighted to announce Trico is also a recipient of Canada’s Best Workplaces™ for Giving Back in 2019.

To be eligible, organizations must be Great Place to Work Certified™ in the past year and at least 90% of employees must feel good about the way their company contributes to community. Great Place to Work determined the best based on the overall Community Investment Index score from employees, as well as the range and quality of programs which encourages workplace community investment.

Supporting our community is fundamentally tied to Trico’s values, mission and vision, and as such it is an honour to be recognized for our efforts by Great Place to Work. The “C” in Trico stands for community, and our organization will strive to continue positively impact our society and create value for all of Trico’s stakeholders.
