The spring season is heating up and emerging with the bright greenery are some new showhomes that are preparing to open their doors!

Pine Creek

Nestled amongst scenic views lies Pine Creek, and the first of our spring & summer showhome openings: The Concord. Slated to open on May 23, 2022, at 2289 sq.ft. the Concord is a gorgeous move-up home, great for families looking for a bit of extra space.

Chelsea

Located just 20 minutes away from downtown Calgary in Chestermere, Chelsea is well-positioned for active families. Chelsea will be opening two new showhomes in May, the Cambridge 26 – a gorgeous front garage home with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room – and the Raeya, one of our most popular laned homes.

Belmont

With a new phase being released in Belmont, we’re excited to be opening a new Oxford showhome in the southwest Calgary community in June. The Oxford is one of the most popular models among our homebuyers, offering a spacious open main floor, three well-appointed bedrooms, and a large, front-facing bonus room.

Precedence in Riversong

Precedence in Riversong, Cochrane, offers the perfect place to raise your family or rightsize your life. Trico will be opening two new move-up showhomes in Precedence – the Cambridge 28, a luxurious two-story home, and the Wynwood 28, a bright and spacious bungalow. These showhomes are due to open in June.

Glacier Ridge

A brand-new community opening in northwest Calgary this year, Glacier Ridge offers a rare chance for families to live in a new prestigious new community that feels nostalgic. There’s room to grow, live and play among the mature tree-lined streets where resort-inspired streetlights warm the fronts of meticulously designed craftsman, prairie, and mountain inspired homes. Best of all, it’s adjacent to established communities which means all your go-to amenities and favourite destinations are just a short drive away.

Trico is thrilled be opening four showhomes in this new community this summer – two laned, and two duplex models – scheduled to open at the end of July.

Our duplex showhomes will feature the Lancaster (1660 sq.ft.) & Mansfield (1460 sq.ft.) – both showcasing open-concept layouts, with spacious kitchens and comfortable bedrooms.

The Sandalwood (1664 sq.ft.) and Rowan II (1730 sq.ft.) laned showhomes round out the ensemble, which are both spacious and attractive zero-lot-line homes.

Wolf Willow

The exciting southeast community of Wolf Willow will also be opening four new showhomes this July: two front garage, and two laned – all zero-lot-line homes. Our front garage models will feature the Harrington (2120 sq.ft.) & the Kensington (1881 sq.ft.), and laned will feature the Rowan II and Sienna.
