We’re proud to share that Trico Homes has been named a finalist for five of our homes at the 2026 CHBA National Awards for Housing Excellence, one of Canada’s most respected national competitions for new homes, renovations, community development, and residential marketing. This year’s competition drew 900 entries across 49 categories, making finalist recognition a meaningful achievement on the national stage.
The CHBA’s new home awards evaluate entries on design, innovation, functionality, and special features. At Trico, that aligns directly with our commitment to creating homes that are not only visually appealing but thoughtfully designed for real life. A Recognition Shared Across The Trico Team
For our team, this recognition reflects the care, craftsmanship, and thoughtfulness that go into every home we build for Calgary families.
We know that recognition like this is never achieved by one model or one department alone. It takes the collective work of our interior and showhome designers, product development, construction teams, trades, service teams, and every person committed to creating exceptional homes and experiences for our customers.
We’re grateful to the Canadian Home Builders’ Association for this recognition, and even more grateful to the homeowners, partners, and communities who continue to place their trust in Trico Homes.
Winners of the 2026 CHBA National Awards for Housing Excellence will be announced on May 8, 2026, in Québec City during CHBA’s Home Building Week in Canada. We’re honoured to see five Trico home models recognized among the best in Canadian housing.
