Canada Day Fireworks in Calgary
Take in the beauty of Canada Day fireworks as they’re launched from Stampede park. View the fireworks from local viewpoints throughout the inner city such as Scotsman’s Hill.

Canada Day on St. Patrick’s Island
For Canada Day 2025, St. Patrick’s Island will feature three stages with live music, theatre, and fun activities. Access St. Patrick’s Island via George C. King Bridge off Memorial Drive.

Canada Day at the Confluence Historic Site & Parkland

Visit the former Fort Calgary, now known as the Confluence HIstoric Site & Parkland, for a spectacular event featuring live music, an Indigenous showcase and pow wow, an artisan market, and food vendors. A full lineup of Canadian music artists will take the stage at 4:30 pm.

Canada Day at the Municipal Building

Enjoy a family-friendly music festival celebrating Candian music and culture at Studio Bell, followed by live performances at Calgary’s historic King Eddy.

Canada Day at Spruce Meadows
Celebrate this Canada Day with show-jumping action, family fun, and a free BBQ for the first 3,000 guests and take in a live concert featuring Canadian country music star, Brent Kissel.

Canada Day Tea at Heritage Park
Enjoy an afternoon of tea, pastries, an finger sandwiches in the historic Famous 5 Centre at Heritige Park.
