At 2,303 square feet, the Fairmont by Trico Homes is a well-sized move-up single-family home. But while exploring the model’s show home, it’s easy to think you’re in a floor plan that’s even larger.

Particularly in a home with four bedrooms above grade, that’s not an easy feat.

The two-storey home with a front-attached double car garage, is demonstrated as a show home in Midtown, a community on the west end of Airdrie by Shane Communities and Apex Developments.
