This past September, we participated in our biggest grand opening yet – five new showhomes in three neighbouring South Calgary communities!

This community was the first to open back in April 2018 and is already in Phase 2 of its construction! We have 2 beautiful showhomes here – the Hudson (Belmont is the only community you can build this model in!) and our top-selling model, the Winston.
Belmont was designed with accessibility in mind, with three different routes in and out of the community, plus easy access to Stoney Trail and Macleod Trail.
