This past September, we participated in our biggest grand opening yet – five new showhomes in three neighbouring South Calgary communities!

Located in South Calgary (West of Macleod Trail and south of 194th Avenue), we are proud to be part of the award-winning builder group in this growing area: Belmont, Sirocco and Pine Creek.

Belmont

This community was the first to open back in April 2018 and is already in Phase 2 of its construction! We have 2 beautiful showhomes here – the Hudson (Belmont is the only community you can build this model in!) and our top-selling model, the Winston.

Sirocco
