If you are looking to purchase a new single-family front-garage, laned or duplex home as your primary residence, you may qualify for the Trico Homes FlexDown Payment Plan.
Getting started on your new home is simple! With the FlexDown Program:
- Just $1,000 is required at the time of signing your purchase agreement.
- A deposit is due upon removing conditions (approximately 10 days later, typically 5%)
- The remaining deposit balance is due 60 days after the conditions are removed.
Note: Your total deposit amount due to the builder is determined by the purchase price:
- Homes under $500,000: A 5% deposit is required.
- Homes over $500,000: 5% is required on the first $500,000, and 10% on the remaining balance.
- Homes over $1,000,000: A 20% deposit is required.
- Investment properties: A 20% deposit is required.
