Trico Homes is thrilled to announce that they have built the 2025 STARS LOTTERY home in West Springs, in southwest Calgary this year. This is the eighth straight year Trico has had the honour, and they couldn’t be more proud of the home they have built in support of STARS, and the critical, lifesaving work they do for Albertans.

With every STARS LOTTERY ticket purchased, participants get the chance to win over 4,000 prizes valued at $5.4 million, ranging from dream vacations, luxury vehicles, jewelry, electronics, and more. Funds raised go directly to supporting the life-saving talent, tools, and training that allow STARS to rewrite their VIPs’ (Very Important Patients) stories and give them a second chance at life.
This year, Trico has built The Encore, their newest and most well-appointed luxury home models, valued at $1.5 million. This fully-furnished model not only boast elegance, but Net-Zero features designed to improve the home’s energy performance for sustainable living. Features including triple-glazed windows, solar panels, air-source heat pump, electric water heater, and R-24 fibreglass batt insulation ensure that the home prioritizes energy efficiency, maintaining the quality Trico is known for.
