    Trico Homes is currently seeking a Site Supervisor (Mid-Rise Multi-Family Construction) to join our award-winning team in Calgary. Reporting to the Construction Manager – Multi-Family, this role will oversee all phases of residential mid-rise projects (typically 4–12 storeys), ensuring construction is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Supervisor will lead subcontractors and site teams, coordinate structural, envelope, and MEP systems, manage daily site operations, and support project progress from excavation through occupancy.
