Trico Staff Among Winners of the 8th Annual Avid Service Awards

We’re delighted to share that two Trico team members have been named winners of the 8^th Annual Avid Service Awards, selected from thousands of professionals across Canada & the United States.

• Alexandra Scott – Design Representative
• Dean Clarke – Walk-Through Representative

Widely considered to be a premier award for homebuilding professionals, the winners of the Annual Avid Service Award are selected according to customer satisfaction scores based on surveys taken by customers who closed on new homes between January 2020 and December 2020. Selected employees scored in the top 5% of Avid’s national customer satisfaction database for their respective roles.

In a year where Trico has faced numerous challenges and changes as a result of COVID-19, this Avid Award is an especially meaningful recognition and a testament to our team’s commitment to providing exceptional customer service and care for our homeowners.
