The Pearl by Trico Homes is designed to be that long-range fit. This 1,720-square-foot, front-drive model is part of its Gems Series in the northeast Calgary community of Redstone.

One of its secondary bedrooms is 13 feet six inches by 10 feet and the other is 13 feet five inches by 10 feet five inches. In both cases, these dimensions exceed the average for spaces of this kind.
