His success was made possible by his determination, hard work, care and genuine concern for his community. Immigrant Services Calgary is very honoured that Mr. Chiu, among being recognized with numerous other prestigious awards, was the recipient of the Immigrant Services Calgary’s Immigrants of Distinction Award in 2004 in the Business category.
