Trico Homes is excited to announce the groundbreaking of Bridgeport, Chestermere’s newest community, on June 19, 2024. This milestone event, attended by city officials and key stakeholders, marks the beginning of a development designed to blend serene lake living with urban convenience.

Located on the west side of Chestermere, Bridgeport will feature scenic pathways, parks, playfields, and a 12-acre wetland. The community will include over 1200 single-family homes and more than 280 multi-family homes, to be built by Trico Homes and other distinguished builders. Future residents can look forward to high-quality homes and a vibrant community hub with 3.76 acres of commercial retail space.

Last week, Eleanor and Wayne Chiu received their Honorary Doctors of Laws from Mount Royal University, recognizing them as influential leaders who have achieved excellence and devoted themselves to societal betterment.
