SUSTAINABLE
NET ZERO HOME

Building a greener future today.

At Trico Homes, sustainability isn’t just a goal—it’s an integral part of our foundation. Our commitment to building better communities goes beyond constructing homes; we focus on creating shared value where our business thrives while making a positive impact on people, the economy, and the environment. Our first Net Zero Home is a testament to that commitment, demonstrating how we combine innovation, energy efficiency, and responsible governance to lead the way in sustainable homebuilding.

Through strong governance practices, guided by effective processes and systems from our stakeholders and Board, we remain at the forefront of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) excellence. By continually evolving with the highest standards of responsible business practices and environmental stewardship, we ensure a lasting, positive impact on the communities we serve.

A Greener Future:
Introducing Trico Homes’ First Net Zero Home

A Net Zero Home is designed and built to produce as much clean energy as it consumes, thanks to highly efficient construction, renewable energy sources, and smart home technology. These homes offer exceptional comfort, healthier indoor air, and significantly lower utility costs—making them a smart investment for homeowners who care about sustainability and long-term savings.

At Trico Homes, we take it a step further with Core Performance, ensuring every aspect of the home—from insulation to heating systems—is optimized for efficiency, comfort, and long-term durability. Our first Net Zero Home is also officially Net Zero certified, meaning it meets rigorous industry standards for energy performance and sustainability.
