2020: Trico’s New Communities & Homes to Expect!

Hello, Chestermere! We are thrilled to share that we’re expanding to this beautiful lakeside city in 2020. Only a few minutes’ drive away from East Hills Shopping Centre, Chelsea is a community truly well-positioned for active families. Keep an eye out for our 2 new laned showhomes opening this spring!

Dawson’s Landing

As the saying goes… good things come in twos! Our expansion into Chestermere also includes Dawson’s Landing, where construction is well underway on our 5 new laned showhomes scheduled to open in Spring 2020 as well. Upon completion, this scenic community will include a unique eco-park, 22-acre environmental reserve and regional recreation facility.
