One of the most technologically advanced features on our website, interactive floorplans were introduced to give potential homebuyers a simple and easy way to visualize the most popular and functional design options available to them, without any obligation – after all, buying a home isn’t a one-size fits all experience.

Homebuyers can instantly transform our top ten most popular homes with pre-designed floorplan changes. After selecting the model you’d like to personalize, you can click through a variety of standard options to see your new home take shape. Don’t like the location of the of the bonus room? Just click on the alternate floorplan options to find the one you like best.

Every home offering an interactive floorplan can be personalized. Depending on the options available, you can add a basement development or secondary suite, change the layout of your master ensuite, or even add a spice kitchen. Have fun with the selections available to you! There’s no commitment, and it allows you to really play with the layout and think about what options suit your needs best.
