Books, Books, and More Books! Trico Communities Supports The Educational Partnership Foundation
This May, The Educational Partnership Foundation was able to provide 425 books and 10,200 literacy collector cards for the purpose of promoting reading for classroom students, thanks to a generous donation from Trico Communities. The students were thrilled to receive this gift and are diving into their books one chapter at a time.
Our Books for Kids program helps TEPF further enhance our impact on literacy levels in the community by donating books to select schools across Alberta. This empowers young learners by giving them the essential tools they need to uplift their literacy skills and unlock the boundless joy of reading.
1 in 4 households in Canada do not own any books. By providing books to these learners, we aspire to create a future where every child has the opportunity to thrive and succeed through the power of literacy.
Staff and students were very grateful for this meaningful contribution. Thank you to Trico Communities for having a massive impact on the lives of these students.
